Siden mærket blev lanceret for et par år siden, er TLB Mallorca blevet rost af mange for sin høje kvalitet af materialer og håndværk. Skoene fremstilles på vores egen fabrik i byen Inca på Mallorca, de arbejder med det fineste læder i Europa, "fuld reverse kalv" til al ruskind, stram snit i taljen og meget højt finish.

Størrelse:

Konstruktion:
Goodyear-randsyede konstruktionsmetoden er en relativt avanceret måde at bygge sko på, der kræver et højt niveau af håndværk, og som producerer holdbare sko, der let kan løsnes flere gange.

Goodyear randsyede
Alle vores sko har hælkapper i salpa / leather boards (billigere sko har som regel pæne plastikapper) som støbes sig till foten, bortset fra TLB Mallorca Artista og Midas som har hælkapper i ægte læder, som kan støbe sig endnu bedre.

Overlæder:
Alle Goodyear-randsyede sko, vi tilbyder, er lavet af glat fuldnarvet kalveskind, præget grain-kalvelæder eller fint kalve-ruskind fra velkendte europæiske eller US garverier. Det meste af læderet kommer fra Annonay, Du Puy, Ilcea, Zonta, Charles F. Stead eller Horween.

Sål:
Der er tre forskellige typer såler, der bruges til de Goodyear-randsyede sko, vi sælger (under fanen Produktdetaljer og på billederne kan du se, hvilke der er brugt til hver model).

Lædersål - Højkvalitets, holdbare Super Prime-såler, vegetabilsk garvet i Italien med bl.a. chestnut bark. Her er sålens søm gemt inde i en lukket kanal, en mere tidskrævende proces, der giver et renere udtryk.

Tynd gummisål - En såkaldt city gummisål med en slank profil ligesom en lædersål, med en gummisammensætning, der giver et godt greb og en fremragende holdbarhed.

Gummisål - I de fleste tilfælde er disse gummisåler med Vibram-såler, deres Eton såle, som tåler frostgrader, er behagelige, men stadig meget holdbare.
